The techniques used include mindful meditation, coaching and neurofeedback (Othmer Method.)

Michael Trup has been a meditator for many years and qualified to teach mindfulness for stress and pain relief. He recently undertook an M.Sc. in psychology and also completed basic training in neurofeedback, using the Othmer Method.
